Demo: Floor
First we pull off the vinyl flooring. It comes off pretty easy, although it leaves its paper backing behind.
Now they vinyl's off, but we find there's another layer to remove. (Notice the wall is white again... we painted it so we wouldn't have to look at the dingy brown paint.)
We find below the paper backing a thin layer of plywood. Off it comes.
Funky gray-brown-pink linoleum. Yuk.
Meanwhile, Nik is continuing to remove tile from the wall.
