Aunt Kay's Rasperry Gelatin Mold 10 oz frozen raspberries 6 oz package raspberry gelatin 1 pt vanilla ice cream (softened) 1 6 oz can frozen lemonade, thawed 1/4 C chopped walnuts Drain raspberries, reserving juice. Dissolve gelatin in 2 C boiling water. Add ice cream. Stir until melted. Add lemonade and berry juice. Chill until partially set (about 1 hour). Stir in berries and nuts. Turn into 6-1/2 C ring mold. Chill until set. Recipe can also be made using strawberry gelatin and frozen strawberries. You can substitue 1/4 C dried cranberries for the walnuts if desired.
